NSDUH Data ReportThe Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) latest data findings from the 2018 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) are now available. The NSDUH measures the use of illegal drugs, prescription drugs, alcohol, and tobacco, as well as the prevalence of mental disorders, treatment, and co-occurring substance use and mental disorders in the United States at the national, state, and substate levels. NSDUH data also help to identify the extent of substance use and mental illness among different subgroups, estimate trends over time, and determine the need for treatment services. You can also view a video presentation of the NSDUH data findings by Assistant Secretary for Mental Health and Substance Use, Dr. Elinore F. McCance-Katz.  To view the full report, click the attachment. NSDUHNationalFindingsReport2018.pdf
