The North Harris County Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition (NHCSAPC) works to prevent underage drinking and prescription drug misuse and abuse among youth and young adults in North Harris County. We strive to educate, encourage and empower the youth in our communities to make positive choices and live a substance-free lifestyle.
